Voicemail Send

Voicemail Send leaves a recorded message directly in someone's voicemail, without their phone ringing.

When it is worth using

Following up a group of people with the same short message — an event reminder, a price change, a callback request. It is your voice, which lands differently from another email.

How to use it

1. Record or upload your message.
2. Choose who it goes to — a filtered list of contacts.
3. Send. Each drop is logged on the contact's record.

The rules that apply

The same consent rules as texting. Somebody who has not agreed to be contacted, or who has opted out, is skipped automatically.

Keep it under thirty seconds and say who you are in the first five. A long anonymous voicemail gets deleted before the part with your offer in it.
