Cookie Policy

This page lists what ITPS CRM stores in your browser at https://itpscrm.com, and why. It supplements the Privacy Policy.

We use no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking cookies.

Cookies the application sets

• Session cookie. Set when you sign in, so the application knows who you are between page loads. It expires when the session ends, and signing out removes it. Without it you cannot log in.
• Remembered device. If you tick "remember this device" when entering a two-factor code, we set a cookie named itps_td that lets that browser skip the code for 30 days. It holds a random token, not your credentials. You can revoke remembered devices in Settings → Security.

Both are strictly necessary: they exist to make signing in work and to keep it secure, and there is no version of the application that works without them.

Storage the application uses

Some preferences are kept in your browser's own storage rather than in a cookie, and are never sent to us:

• which navigation groups you have collapsed
• which microphone and speaker you chose for calling

On our customers' websites

Businesses using ITPS CRM can add a chat widget to their own site. On those sites the widget stores:

• a conversation identifier, for the length of the browsing session, so a reply lands in the right conversation
• a visitor key, so a returning visitor is recognised as the same person rather than a new one each visit

These are stored by the browser for that website. They are not shared between our customers, and they are not used for advertising. The site owner's own privacy policy governs how they use what the widget collects.

Controlling cookies

Your browser can block or delete cookies. Blocking the two named above will stop you signing in — there is no way around that, because they are what a signed-in session is made of.
